the location was wonderful with parking available in a car park nearby. gluten free choices at breakfast met my expectations! the staff were so friendly and courteous. the waterfall shower in my room provided such a gentle experience, and the toiletries had a comforting scent.
The halls felt a little dark. Though it seems intended, it felt a bit cheerless.

the club room included a comfortable bed, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night. the bathroom had both a spacious shower and a separate soaking tub! fresh towels were provided daily, and the climate control system maintained a nice temperature.

the hotel's exterior presents modern style. i found the breakfast lovely. hot drinks were available using refillable machines , a nice touch. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the waterfront and city center.
the bathroom was quite dark. it was hard to see myself in the mirror. i think better lighting would greatly improve this.

i loved the vibe. the decor is really cool. it's relaxing. my room was gorgeous and the bathroom was fab. i found the bed comfy and the tea and coffee was excellent. the staff was polite, and they was very friendly from check-in to check-out.
the bar meals didn't bring cutlery. i needed to go find some. it was a little disappointed.
